are six age groups in the Miss Hot Pepper Pageant.

Dress is
Casual Southwestern. Pre-Pageant meeting for contestants will
be Friday, March 2 at 6:00 pm at the fairgrounds. Applicants
will be given contestant numbers, demonstration of stage walk
and picture times on this night. Pick-up and return application
and $25.00 registration fee (non-refundable) by Feb. 25th, 2007.

Chili
How hot can you make it----How hot
can you take it? We’ve got it from “Wimpy to Blazin’
Hot!” The cook-off has five different divisions: open,
sanctioned, open & sanctioned, salsa, and hottest. Teams
are responsible for decorating their own booths in a southwestern
style. You may use company/organization logo colors, signs,
banners, posters, and etc. Get as creative as you please.

you have the best HOT WINGS in the Tennessee Valley —-
Here’s your chance to prove it! Load’em up and heat’em
up because its showdown time at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds.
This
years RESTAURANT DIVISON will show who’s really scared
to show their wings.
Do
your friends brag about being the best backyard chef in town—-
challenge them to prove they are the King of Wings in our OPEN
DIVISION.

Auction
Celebrity
items along with various other items will be auctioned to raise
money to support literacy. Nashville Kats, Nashville Predators,
Titans Memorabilia, Dollywood, and Fan Fair Tickets are always
